With huge ambitions and the drive to develop his skills, he moved to Europe in 2001 and worked in a number of locksmith and security related fields, working on security contracts with the UK’s Ministry of Defence, London Underground, SDI Greenstone in France and the Royal Australian Air Force. In 2009, he moved to Rio de Janeiro Brazil to work with the Instituto Militar de Engenharia (Military Institute of Engineering, IME) on security related issues for Brasilian Government affecting the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Building a leading Australian locksmithing company: 24h Melbourne Locksmiths

Having developed a strong reputation overseas and here in Australia, he decided it was time to begin a new era, building a dependable, professional locksmithing company. One that offers 100% guarantees on nearly everything with straightforward pricing. Having seen 24h Melbourne Locksmiths grow considerably in recent years, the boss is happy with the progress, but he’s still very much involved in the day-to-day running of the business, whilst ensuring the company remains proud and patriotic with traditional Australian family values.

We’re one of the few professional locksmithing companies in Melbourne with a dedicated team of dependable, experienced and attentive locksmiths, all of whom are fully equipped, qualified and ready to attend to you day or night. Our team has grown considerably over the years but every technician has their own specialist area, meaning we can handpick the right individual for your callout, whether that is related to automotive, domestic, safes or access control. That said, no matter who comes to offer you a helping hand, you can be assured they have the knowledge needed to help you overcome a difficult situation, whilst every locksmith has been security vetted, with a National Police Check and is fully licensed in their relevant field.

We respect and value the diversity of our people, and know it’s a key factor in our success so far, whilst we reward hard work and provide fair wages. Our Locksmiths come from a real mix of ethnic backgrounds, so if you need a locksmith who can speak to your grandparents in their own language, there’s a good chance we have the right individual to help. We currently have Portuguese, Greek, Spanish, Indonesian and Italian speaking locksmiths – and that’s just a glimpse of the value we can provide!

We believe in the future of Australia and feel young or inexperienced people deserve access to the resources and support they need in order to develop a rewarding career. That’s exactly why we hire apprentices where possible and as we’ve grown, we’ve had many talented apprentices grab opportunities with both hands, becoming fully qualified and experienced locksmiths, but also valued members of our family. We invest in equipment, personnel and training, so if you’re looking for a reliable locksmith in Melbourne, you can relax knowing all work will be checked, completed and signed off by our senior technicians. Our goal is to give you the best possible service and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

We have 7 full time locksmiths, 3 apprentices and 2 part time admin staff. All are either married with kids, or are in long-term relationships and have kids on the way. Well, that’s all except for one of our apprentices, Max, who doesn’t have a girlfriend yet. It’s surprising really, he’s a strapping young lad but we’re sure the next intelligent young lady that comes along will scoop him up in no time.

In all seriousness, when we count our extended family, there are 11 families with 16 kids in total, so we’re proud to say our dependable locksmithing services provide such solid foundations. The wages that our employees receive help them achieve their goals, whilst paying for mortgages, health insurance, rent, medication, school uniform, breakfasts, clothes, trips to the footy, family holidays and superannuation. Like you, we have families to support, but we always keep our prices as low as possible, so that our customers can come away feeling valued and not ripped off.

You can learn more about our team and how we can help you by giving us a call. You will always talk directly to our locksmiths, so there are absolutely no call centres involved.

Our prices are as fair as can be, and we believe that everyone (most people) should pay the same.

That said, we’re more than happy to offer discounts to members past & present of the ADF, Allied AND Axis Veterans (except the Soviets), Australian Old Age Pensioners, Firemen, and Ambulance Paramedics. The amount or percentage of any such discount will depend on the circumstances & amount of the job, and the attitude of the client involved.

We unashamedly reserve the right to refuse discount to anyone for any reason. (it’s a shame we had to put that but in there, but you’d be surprised as to what people think they are entitled to)
